US Motor Works Project Progress

Construction continues to advance on the new US Motor Works facility in Liberty, Missouri, located near the I-35 and Highway 69 interchange. The 100,000+ SF industrial development features a tilt-up concrete warehouse, integrated office space, and a rear-load dock designed to support efficient distribution and operational functions.

Davidson Architecture + Engineering is providing architectural and civil engineering services for the project, working closely with Miller Stauch Construction, PKMR Engineers, and Bartlett & West to bring the facility to life. As construction progresses, the scale and presence of the building are becoming increasingly visible, marking another milestone toward completion.
