Martinrea is a 240,000 Sq. ft. site cast tilt-up concrete structure to function as an office and manufacturing facility. Martinrea is a Canadian Auto Industry supply company who chose Kansas for its strength in the automotive market.
The building was a fast-track building effort with Crossland Construction. Completed in less than nine months from concept to completed construction.

CSTK is a Thermo King dealer and transportation solutions provider serving transportation companies, fleets, owner operators and other vehicle/heavy equipment users with units, parts and services. CSTK has hired Davidson A+E to help with their expansion and growth in multiple Kansas City Locations, Witchita, St. Louis and Oklahoma City.

Odyssey Acquisitions III, LLC
Odyssey is a Speculative Cross Dock Distribution Center located at 159th & Lone Elm in Olathe, Kansas. The Davidson A+E Architecture and Civil Engineering teams worked closely with each other and the client, Graham Nelson to develop the appropriate solution for the 29 acre site.
DA+E designed a 496,150 sq.ft.
pre-engineered metal building with a site-cast tilt-up construction. This method of construction is ideal for distribution and warehouse project types since it allows for maximum durability and maximum usable square footage since it requires fewer supports within the shell of the building.
B&B MEAT COMPANY
NORTH KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI
B&B Meat Company is an urban redevelopment facility within an industrial setting located in North Kansas City, Missouri. DA+E was responsible for the demolition of an existing building within the blighted area and designing the state of the art freezer/cooler distribution facility. The building houses a -10 degree freezer, a 28 degree cooler and a 38 degree dock with associated office and sales areas. DA+E also worked on an addition to a processing facility for a sister company.

ACT Plaza is a new construction, office warehouse facility located in Kansas City, Missouri. The design inspiration of this new office space was to create a “home away from home” for their drivers and employees. To accomplish this ”home away from home” concept, the design incorporated a light commercial kitchen with serving bar, vending machine area, four shower stalls, overnight accommodations, clothes washing room, work out facility, quiet/library room and a TV/movie room.
This facility houses ACT’s corporate office, maintenance facility, training and service center. White noise and acoustical design considerations were a must for the facilities open office layout to incorporate 30+ employees.

Velociti is a technology company that manages the installation and deployment of a wide range of solutions for transportation, retail, distribution, and manufacturing companies.
The company hired Davidson A+E to design a new 41,750 square foot office and warehouse located in Riverside, Missouri. Velociti’s goal for the project was to have the office design align with their company image of being modern and technology driven.

Webco Manufacturing Inc. is an employee owned company and is a supplier for OEM’s in the custom, production, and industrial fabrication industry. The company hired DA+E to design a new office and manufacturing facility located in Olathe, KS.

President Eiko, Ltd.
Eiko Ltd. is a light bulb manufacturer located in Shawnee, Kansas. Serving as World Headquarters for the multi-national distributor, this two story building utilized precast concrete exterior and conventional steel construction.
DA+E continues to advise EIKO on updating and maintaining their facilities around the world. In 2009, the company became certified green and the owner wanted to have a more green atmosphere for employees and clients. Keeping that in mind, and using products that EIKO manufactures, custom lighting was designed throughout and a new look brightened up the interior with daylight and updated finishes.
