Architect / Architectural Designer
(3-6+ years preferred)

Full-Time

We are seeking talented and motivated Architects/ Architectural Designers with 3 to 6+ years of experience. The proper person for this role would be a licensed architect or an architectural graduate actively working towards licensure. This person will be responsible for efficiently and effectively participating, designing, and delivering successful building projects according to office standards and processes. Responsibilities include involvement within project teams from schematic design through construction on projects, reviewing shop drawings and related submittals, coordinating consultants in all phases, and directing the production of the projects.

 

Job Requirements:

*This is a full-time, non-remote position located in Overland Park, Kansas.  

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Architecture

  • A minimum of 3-6+ years of architectural practice experience on various projects is preferred.

  • Licensed or working towards licensure.

  • Must have the capacity to understand and communicate complex issues that involve the functional and aesthetic areas of architecture.

  • Ability to engage in creative and critical thought and able to graphically communicate concepts and ideas to others effectively.

  • Desire to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced skills in research, planning, design, CDs, and Construction Contract Administration.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

  • Must be able to work well with all levels of teammates.

  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.

  • Computer software knowledge and skills in AutoCAD and Revit are a must.

Civil Design
Technician -

Land/Site Development 

Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated, performance-driven, & detailed-orientated Civil Design Technician to be a part of our team! In this position, you will be providing design and drafting assistance and support to our engineering staff.
 
Whether you have years of experience in site design or are fresh out of college, we provide an environment that allows you to grow in your career!

 

Qualified Candidates Will:

*This is a full-time, non-remote position located in Overland Park, Kansas.  

  • Have 3+ years of experience in the design and preparation of civil engineering construction documents specific to commercial Land/Site Development projects; however, we may also consider recent graduates of a related degree or certificate program. Experience specific to Land/Site Development design is highly preferred.

  • Be skilled in the latest versions of AutoDesk AutoCAD, & Civil 3D software.

  • Efficiently use the latest CAD design software to develop engineering construction documents specific to Land/Site Development design, including, but not limited to, plans, profiles, sections, and details.

  • Efficiently use the latest CAD design software to create and edit elements including, but not limited to, surfaces, profiles, corridors, pipe networks, and alignments.

  • As appropriate, provide technical information and assistance to other agencies and departments; respond both written and orally to inquiries and provide information concerning improvements and specific documentation requested.

  • Have excellent communication skills, be a team player, detail orientated, and motivated to learn and grow into their role.​

Civil

Engineer

 

Full-Time

We are seeking an ambitious, solutions-driven Civil Engineer. The ideal candidate will need to have a technical background with the ability to multi-task and is excited about engineering innovative and sustainable solutions to exceed our client’s needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

*This is a full-time, non-remote position located in Overland Park, Kansas.  

  • Full-Time Civil Engineering Position

  • 2+ years experience preferred

  • BS degree in Civil Engineering, or five years of experience in design/drafting with AutoCad training from a recognized institution.

  • Basic knowledge in civil engineering/site development based CAD drafting and the latest AutoDesk AutoCAD software, Civil 3D, preferred.

Job Description:

  • Provide civil engineering during the planning, design, and construction of land development and civil infrastructure projects.

  • Assist with developing and maintaining standard drawing templates, 3D objects, details, and graphic standards.

  • Translate regulatory agency's mark-ups into drawings, check and plot drawings, correctly label final working drawings, and update contract drawings.

  • Coordinate work with other disciplines, including architecture, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, water, and wastewater.
