DA+E and Hastco Construction was hired by Stotz Equipment to design and build their new Ag and Turf store and service center. This is a great example of what can be done for a small dealer facility of 9,600 sq.ft.The exterior of the building features a covered display area and is stucco with stone wainscoting to mimic the Arizona landscape.  The interior of the building includes a mezzanine that overlooks the showroom  below and provides a place for storage, mechanical equipment and a technician break room. The showroom area below includes sales offices, a parts department, conference and training room and a shop area with bays to service ag and turf equipment.

Located in Winterset, Iowa, Agrivision Equipment Group is a great example of a medium sized facility consisting of 108, 839 sq. ft. with room for growth. The needs for this location were to provide a large showroom with and area for John Deere Turf equipment, sales offices, training room, computer classroom, two conference rooms, break room and storage rooms. The service shop includes parts storage, tool storage, a workshop with two 5 ton Bridge Crane Systems to accommodate the servicing of large equipment and wash and service bays with large hydraulic overhead doors

At the time is was built this was DA+E’s largest multi-use facility.  At a total of over 90,000 square feet, a 30,000 plus square foot shop with thirty two feet clear was nearly as big as a football field.  More amazingly as in all DA+E shops, not one column impedes the space, but crane capacities are not affected, creating an open working environment for the biggest equipment.  The building sits on 40 acres and has yard and display areas for over 100 pieces of equipment.  This facility also houses the company’s office headquarters.  The building contains retail, parts, wash bays, lunch room, offices and mezzanine spaces.  Operationally the pre-engineered steel building includes in floor heating system, clerestory shop windows, R32 roof and R23 walls.

To date, the largest John Deere facility the DA+E and the Hastco Construction team have constructed.  At nearly 100,000 square feet, this facility serves as a regional hub for PrairieLand Partners operations.  A shop that is 350’ by 100’, grows to as much as 160’ wide in some areas.  This facility is one of very few in the country that can service every piece of equipment in a climate controlled environment.  Once again DA+E took its experience of 25 past dealerships and incorporated proven ideals with the Owner’s and created a world class facility.

Davidson A+E has teamed with HASTCO construction to provide the John Deere Dealer network a design and construction resource for remodels and new facilities.

Working closely with John Deere Place, Davidson A+E and HASTCO have created a system whereby dealers can get quick, on-point answers regarding new ground up facilities or additions for size, requirements and costs.

Concordia Tractor, Inc. is a pre-engineered metal building with brick columns and two inch thermal wall panels.  The building houses a showroom, parts storage and an equipment shop.
