We’re excited to celebrate the groundbreaking of Flint Trails, a new build-to-rent (BTR) townhome community in Gardner.

Davidson A+E is proud to serve as both the Architect and Civil Engineer on this new development, providing a fully integrated design approach from site planning through vertical design. By coordinating both disciplines under one roof, our team is able to streamline decision-making, enhance efficiency, and deliver a cohesive, high-quality end product.

Flint Trails is thoughtfully planned to meet the growing demand for modern rental housing in the southwest Kansas City metro. The community will feature a mix of two- and three-bedroom townhomes with attached garage options, designed for both comfort and functionality.

Residents will also benefit from a range of amenities, including a clubhouse, pool, pickleball court, and onsite management and maintenance services, creating a well-rounded living experience that supports convenience and community.
