Our Civil Engineering team recently visited the US Motor Works project to see construction progress on the new 102,600-square-foot warehouse facility with interior office space and associated site improvements.

Site visits are an essential part of the construction process, giving our engineers the opportunity to observe progress firsthand, coordinate with the project team, and verify that the site is being developed in accordance with the design. Seeing months of planning and collaboration take shape in the field is always rewarding.

Davidson A+E provided both architectural and civil engineering services for the project. Our teams worked together to design a modern warehouse and office facility supported by efficient site infrastructure, including grading, stormwater management, utilities, and paving. Krudwig Structural Engineers provided structural engineering services for the building.

The project is being constructed by Miller Stauch Construction, whose team continues to make great progress bringing the development to life. We're proud to see our Civil Engineering team in the field supporting construction and appreciate the collaboration of the entire project team in bringing this project from concept to reality.
