LUKE MCINTOSH, P.E.
Luke joined Davidson A+E shortly after graduation from Kansas State University in December, 2011. As a Professional Engineer Davidson A+E, Luke assists staff engineers, project engineers, and project managers in providing analysis, design, and construction services for multiple types of projects such as roads, utility systems and land development. He assists in or conducts computer analyses and engineering calculations for storm sewer design on site development projects. Luke assists with report, and SWPP plan preparations. He assists in preparing preliminary and final construction drawings and technical specifications for site development projects as well as municipal projects. He also prepares material quantity calculations and cost estimates, review of construction submittals, research client standards/design requirements and plan production, as well as providing construction oversight and other construction-support services.
Luke works with Project Engineers to learn standards, assemble construction plans and produce electronic deliverables utilizing design software, such as AutoCAD.
Luke embraces the daily challenge of expanding his knowledge of the field and developing himself professionally. Outside of the office, Luke enjoys spending time with family and friends. He enjoys getting outside to golf, fish, and following the Chiefs and Royals.
