David joined Davidson A+E in 2012 after working at other architecture firms, assisting and leading project teams in a broad range of award winning project types from concept to completion. Born and raised in the Kansas City area, David returned to his hometown in 2006 after working in New Haven, Connecticut to witness firsthand the architectural Renaissance Kansas City is experiencing.
With a Bachelor in Architecture and Minor in City Planning from Kansas State University, he holds a strong appreciation of production and design within architecture; and as a LEED accredited professional he has a great admiration of sustainable design. He strives to find ways to improve efficiency, clarity of design, and higher levels of coordination using current tools and technology available to the profession. With his experience and knowledge of Building Information Modeling and Revit, David has already become a staple to the success of our team.
